SurfaceJet

The SurfaceJet is a machine which produce a fast amount of hot air (minimal 7 M3 per second) at 550 degrees Celsius. In the road construction industry, airfields, race circuits and proving grounds the SurfaceJet (also called jet dryer or surface dryer) can be used after rain or snow fall to dry surfaces. The SurfaceJet is also being used for slippery control or prior sami spraying, to dry and heat up base surfaces.

The SurfaceJet system can be mounted on a truck, trailer or hook lift system, and can be operated from the drivers position.

The SurfaceJet can be used for:

  • Melting ice and snow
  • Warming up road surfaces
  • Heating of asphalt or road surface for post-compacting
  • Drying surfaces
  • Blow clean

The SurfaceJet can be deployed for:

  • Compacting tarmac
  • Drying and pre-heating surfaces for spraying contacting fluids.
  • preparing motorway exits and bridges during winter related issues and fighting snow and ice on airfields.
